Friendship takes two people to make it happen. when one opens up to the other, the person takes the risk of being rejected. you try to find the smallest hint if the other person is willing to do the same. usually, when that doesn't happen, then most likely it ends right there. but if you see that the other is willing to take the risk as well, then it grows. if both puts it as much effort as the other, then you have a best friend that you'll cherish the rest of your life. it's not a waste. it's part of life. in friends, the first thing you want to see is trust.

went out looking for a new place to stay. checked the neighborhood. peace and security are number one on the list. a gated-community even!!! that's great! well-maintained lawns...
gotta check the neighbors. don't want to be waken up by late night parties...
it's near the public transpo, alright!!! are there any visitors' parking for my friends? let me see if i can get one near the gate. less than 10km to the nearest shopping center. SOLD!!!!
